Bess recently joined our team in one of our newly developed roles of Customer Care.  Passionate about animals and helping people, she brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to this role having previously worked within customer service for the last 5 years.
Bess said “I’ve enjoyed my time at the vet group and I’ve learned so much already. It’s super busy, 90% of the time but it makes me feel I’ve done and accomplished a lot in a day”

She works extremely well under pressure and this was demonstrated when she had only just started and we went into a covid lockdown. Being an essential service, she adapted quickly to the new protocols. Bess is proving to be an asset to our team.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and hanging out with her dog called ‘Rosie’ a maltese / poodle cross.
