In 2010, Nicola joined our veterinary practice after returning back to NZ after working in the UK. Since then, she has become an invaluable part of our team, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in caring for both small and large animals. Nicola is an essential member of our management team and her passion lies in our surgical department. She thrives on the diverse challenges that each day brings and is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our animal patients.
In addition to her surgical work, Nicola also enjoys venturing out into the countryside to assist our dairy farmers. As a dairy farmer herself, she finds great fulfillment in connecting with and supporting others in the industry, discussing and addressing current issues. On her own farm, Nicola has two huntaways named Slime and Paul, along with Chicky and Bluey the hens, and Abbey, her beloved retired horse.
