Kate is one of the newer members of our team, but has been a qualified Vet since 1993. She studied in Australia and practiced there before moving to New Zealand with her young family. After taking some time off to enjoy time with her children before they started school, Kate joined our team. Her areas of expertise include dermatology, medicine and soft tissue surgery. She has adapted to the Kiwi lifestyle perfectly – her weekends are spent riding motorbikes with her kids, fishing, cycling, gardening and exploring beautiful Taranaki. Like many of our vets, her work life spills into her personal life, where she is busy caring for her many pets, including dogs, sheep, chooks and bees.
